Idea Rooms on Display Inspired by Six Acclaimed Writers
One of the biggest highlights of the Charleston Home + Design Show will be the six beautiful Idea Rooms on display, each created for authors who either live in Charleston or have roots here in the Lowcountry.
Taking place Saturday and Sunday, the public will be able to attend valuable home related seminars. The first 25 attendees at each seminar will receive a free gift!
Speed Dating for a
Builder. . . Architect. . . Interior Designer
Everyone is familiar with the concept of “Speed Dating” where men and women experience a series of short "dates," usually lasting from three to eight minutes. At the end of each interval, the organizer rings a bell to signal the participants to move on to the next date. We’re taking this concept and giving it a twist, where homeowners will have an opportunity to get acquainted with seven builders, seven architects, and/or seven interior designers in three separate sessions on Saturday and Sunday, January 29 and 31, 2010.
Make sure to visit every vendor to see what they have up for bid. You're bound to take home
a great bargain while helping several very deserving charities.

Gaillard Auditorium's address is 77 Calhoun Street. Parking in the Alexander Street Parking
garage is recommended. Alexander Street is one way and accessible from Calhoun Street,
and the parking garage sits next to Gaillard Auditorium.
