Charleston, South Carolina is the city that definitely does sleep. Charlestonians retire to their beds early and wake up late. These images were taken over the span of a few months during late night (and early morning) wanderings downtown. While the city slept, I walked around, constantly looking over my shoulder while capturing long exposures using a tripod and existing light.
